The Weipert SLB is a highly precise electrochemical machining system designed for the processing of complex workpieces. Featuring a 0.5-3mm electrode diameter, it enables the processing of fine details and precise contours. With a large working area, the machine's X, Y, Z, and W axes offer travel distances of 300mm, 400mm, 350mm, and 300mm, respectively, allowing for flexible and efficient processing of workpieces of various sizes.

The Weipert SLB offers high accuracy and precision, thanks to its precise C-axis, working at a speed of 30-60mm/min. The rapid positioning function in the Z-axis allows for rapid positioning at 120mm/min. The 300:1 aspect ratio enables the processing of deep and narrow contours.

The machine features a spacious working table of 320x440mm and a 380mm long working table electrode, ensuring safe and efficient processing of large workpieces. The maximum working current of 30A enables the processing of workpieces with high material removal rates. The 25L capacity dielectric fluid reservoir ensures the system is always adequately supplied with dielectric fluid.
