Principles

This privacy statement is intended to inform the users of this website about the nature, scope and purpose of the collection and use of personal data by the website operator AWM GmbH.

The company AWM GmbH takes the protection of your personal data very seriously and adheres to the rules of data protection, in particular to the provisions of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Data processing on website

We, the AWM GmbH, due to our legitimate interest (see Art. 6 (1) lit. DSGVO) collect data on access to the website and save it as "server log files" on the server of the website. The following data is logged:

  • Visited pages
  • Time at the time of access
  • Amount of data sent in bytes
  • Duration of transmission
  • Source / reference from which you came to the page (referer)
  • Used browser
  • Operating system used
  • Used IP address (currently only anonymized)

The server log files are stored for a maximum of 30 days and then deleted. The storage of the data is done for security reasons, e.g. to clarify cases of abuse of our website and/or services. If data must be revoked for reasons of proof, they are excluded from the deletion until the incident has been finally clarified.

These data can not be assigned by us to specific persons. A combination of this data with other data collected by us is not made.

cookies

When visiting our website, we occasionally use cookies, i.e. small text files that are stored on your computer and stored by your browser. They serve to make our offer user-friendly, effective and secure. Passwords are not stored in cookies. Most of the cookies we use are so-called session cookies. Google Analytics is used exclusively with activated IP anonymization (so-called IP masking). This means that Google's IP address will be truncated within member states of the European Union or other parties to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases, when e.g. technical breakdowns in Europe, the full IP address is transmitted to a Google server in the US and shortened there.

The IP anonymization method used by Google does not write the full IP address to disk at all times because all anonymization occurs almost immediately after receiving the request in memory.

The IP address submitted by the user's browser will not be merged with other data provided by Google.

On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 GDPR, to compile reports on website activity and other services related to website activity and internet usage, in particular Display advertising and Google Analytics demographic and interest reporting to the site operator.

Collection and processing of personal data

We, the AWM GmbH as a website operator, collect, use and disclose your personal data only if this is permitted by law or if you consent to the collection of data.

Personal information means all information that is used to identify your person and which can be traced back to you - such as your name, e-mail address and telephone number.

You can also visit this website without giving any personal information. To improve our online offer, however, we (without personal reference) store your access data to this website (see above). Due to the anonymization of the data, conclusions about your person are not possible.

Additional Personal Information is only applicable if you wish to use certain features of our Website. In this case, we just collect the relevant data from justifiable interest.

  • Login/Registration: Registration (and Login) on this website is currently not possible and reserved only for employees of AWM GmbH.

Contact form

If you contact us as a website operator through the offered contact form, your details will be sent by e-mail and stored so that they can be used to process and answer your request. Without your consent, this data will not be disclosed to third parties.

Newsletter

We offer you a newsletter in which you will be informed about current offers. If you would like to subscribe to the newsletter, you must enter a valid e-mail address. If you subscribe to the newsletter, you agree to the receipt and give us your consent in accordance with. Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR.

Cancellation and termination: You can revoke your consent to receive the newsletter at any time and thus cancel the newsletter subscription. After your cancellation, the deletion of your personal data (e-mail address) and related technical data (activation date, etc.). Your consent to the newsletter shipping expires at the same time. At the end of each newsletter, you will find the link to termination.

Since we are legally bound to record your consent as part of the so-called double opt-in, your order of the newsletter, the sending of our consent mail and your consent by clicking on the link to place and time and your IP address will be logged and stored.

CleverReach will use your data only for sending the newsletter and evaluating this shipping on our behalf. CleverReach will not use the data to write to you or share your information with others.

For some newsletters, the data used by CleverReach includes a "tracking pixel" that sends the opening of the newletters and / or the operation of a link within them to CleverReach. Here, information about your browser, your location and your IP address will be sent to CleverReach. This information is used to optimize our response to you.
